Holiday Fried Turkeys Are Here

If you have never had a Cajun Fried Turkey you are in for a treat. These birds are injected, seasoned and deep fried to perfection. You get the bird fully cooked and only have to reheat it in the oven. This year Fish Creek is also offering sides. All prices and items are listed below:
Fried Turkey (14-16 pound average) $55
Sides $3.50 per person
Cheese Grits
Green Beans
Andouille Sausage Stuffing
Garlic Bread $5
Pint of Gravy $5

All holiday turkey and side orders need to be in by Monday, November 19th and orders will be need to be picked up by Wednesday, November 21st after 2:00. Any Windy Hill Farm orders that accompany a Turkey order can be picked up at Fish Creek.
Reheating instructions:
- Remove Turkey from cooler and allow to come to room temperature
- Heat oven to 350 degrees
- Put 1/4 of water in the bottom of a roasting pan
- Cover turkey with aluminum foil
- Place Turkey in center of oven for 45 minutes to an hour until desired temperature is reached
